    If you live in Basel, inquire about setting up personal training sessions with me.

    Regulars (meaning you commit to a 10-pack upfront) get a personalized, detailed training plan to train by themselves between sessions.

    Trial session = 95 CHF

    60min PT = 120 CHF

    10 class package paid upfront = 1080 CHF (buy 9, get 10) (valid for max. 8 weeks in the case of 2 weekly sessions, 12 weeks in the case of 1 weekly session, 22 weeks in the case of sessions set at 2-week intervals, (accounting for occasional sick days/life events). For planned holidays a “freeze” is possible.)

    2-on-1 privates:

    It’s possible to book personal training sessions together with a friend.

    Don’t live close by?

    It’s possible to provide high quality teaching through the screen, but because guidance and cueing through touch is absent, I offer these at a lower rate than physical PT sessions.

    Suited for:

    • One-time input and advice on technique and how to reach your goals, troubleshooting roadblocks, technique deep dives, etc.

    • Regular sessions at intervals of 2x/week, 1x/week or every 2 weeks. If you commit to paying the 5 or 10 pack upfront, you receive the recordings to use for training in your own time.

    60min PT video call = 85 CHF

    5 class package paid upfront = 400 CHF (weekly or biweekly only. For planned holidays and in case of emergency or sickness a “freeze” is possible.)

    Paid upfront “Buy 9, get 10” = 765 CHF (weekly or biweekly only. For planned holidays and in case of emergency or sickness a “freeze” is possible.)

    Cancellation policy for personal training face-to-face and online:

    Cancellations or rescheduling at least 24h in advance. If you cancel or reschedule with less notice, the session will be charged. Medical and other emergencies are exceptions. Please be respectful of my time: I have a very tight schedule with full time school and teaching on weekends and need to be able to rely on the scheduling in order to have at least some hours of plannable time off/private life on the weekends.

Online Coaching Package

1 video call per month + training plan. If you want a training plan ONLY, reach out via E-Mail or Instagram DM.

1 Month = 250 CHF

!!! Minimum 2-month-commitment for first-timers (= 2 x 250 CHF). Afterwards individual months bookable.

How does it work?

1a.) If it’s your first month with me, you receive a questionnaire about your health, goals, time restraints and equipment accessibility and fill it in for me.
Afterwards we schedule a video call to teach the exercises of the training plan properly & use live corrections. Then you receive the plan to train on your own.

1b.) If it’s a consecutive month, you can use the video call at any point during the month for a PT session - in it we check what roadblocks cane up, how to work through them, if any technique mistakes are happening & if appropriate I teach the next progression(s).

2.) You receive access to your personalized training plan in the app My PT Hub (exercises come with explanation videos). During the first 3 days of receiving your training plan you can ask questions if anything isn‘t clear.

3.) You reach out to me to schedule the next private for the consecutive month, preferably with 2 weeks notice.
