“I’m hypermobile and physically active. I’ve been doing online training with Tanja for a bit over a year now. Before I started with her, I had multiple old injuries/chronic pains that no one (including professional and well trained physiotherapist) could help me with. I adapted to feeling pain but it was very limiting in so many ways. It was frustrating, but I really thought that I had to live with it and that there was no solution. When I started with Tanja, I initially only wanted to be able to do front splits. Luckily, in our very assessment Tanja asked me if I had injury/pain that I want to be relieved. I mentioned my knee since it was going to be related to the splits and because I was asked, not because I thought it could be helped in any way. Eight months later, I have a strong and flexible AND pain-free body! She fixed my knee, my shoulder, my hip and my wrist pains! I also have POTS and she made sure to understand my condition and adapt the way she’s coaching me. I’m forever thankful and I would never even think of looking for another primary trainer for me. I hope we get to meet in real life and not only on the screen soon!”

Training has become a non-negotiable part of me. My next goal is to build strength and flexibility for Handstands!“
